A. You browse the site or use our search engine to find your desired Toners. You then add them to your shopping cart and click on place order. You let us know your address, you are done. A Toner.com.bd representative will call you to confirm your order, then delivers your order right to your home or office.
Q. How much do deliveries cost?
A. We offer free deliveries all over Dhaka city on orders of 1500 Taka or more. If the order value is less than 1500 Taka, we charge 50 Taka delivery fee inside Dhaka city & 100 Taka delivery fee outside Dhaka city.

Q. How long do the deliveries take?
A. Within Dhaka city products will be delivered within 24 business hours & outside Dhaka it will take up to 72 business hours after confirmation of the order.
Q. What are your delivery hours?
A. We deliver from 11 am to 8 pm every day.
Q. How do I pay?
A. We accept cash on delivery within Dhaka city. Outside Dhaka cash on delivery available in all SA Paribahan Courier Service branches & some Sundarban Courier Service branches where on condition delivery available. But, customer must have to pay minimum 200 Taka in advance via bkash. And have to pay the rest amount in courier service office at the time of receiving the product. In case of delivery outside Dhaka where on condition delivery not possible, customer must have to make full payment in advance.
Q. Do you serve my area?
A. We are currently serving all over Bangladesh.
Q. I can`t find the product I am looking for. What do I do?
A. We are always open to new suggestions and will add an item to our inventory just for you. You can call 01711-839721 to tell a Toner.com.bd representative to source it for you or mail us at info@Toner.com.bd to add this item to the inventory.
Q. My order is wrong. What do I do?

Q. What if the item is out of stock?
A. We hold our own inventory, so we rarely run of out stock. However, we will try our best to source what you need. If we cannot find it, we will call you and let you know.
Q. What happens during a hartal?
A. We work during hartals. That`s how dedicated we are.
Q. Why should we buy from you when I have a store nearby?
A. Well, that is up to you but our prices are normally lower than that of major shops in the city. So, there is really no reason to not buy from us.
Q. What about the prices?
A. Our prices are our own but we try our best to offer them to you below market prices. Our prices are lower than the local market and we are working hard to get them even lower! If you feel that any product is priced unfairly, please let us know.

A. We have deals with whole-sellers and importers. We are also building relationships with some manufacturers so that we can source our goods directly.
Q. Should I tip the delivery representative?
A. Tips are not required. But our delivery team members appreciate recognition for their hard work. Delivery representatives keep the entire tip amount.
